Not permitted

Stolen or counterfeit goods; weapons or explosives; drugs or prescription medicines; personal data, accounts or identity documents; financial scams; sexual services; protected wildlife; misleading property bookings; jobs requiring payments or guaranteeing income. No CV or identity-document uploads.

Contact and privacy

Your account email is private unless you explicitly enable it as a seller contact. Every contact field requires a separate View action. Directory and Marketplace share rolling limits: 5 distinct contacts in 60 minutes, 10 in 24 hours and 30 in 30 days. Repeat successful requests count as recent use. Contact events are restricted to administrators and retained for 90 days; no contact value or raw IP is stored in those events.

Check before paying

Inspect in a suitable public setting and independently verify the other party. Never share an OTP/PIN or pay an application fee. Email verification is not identity, phone or ownership verification. NainitalOnline does not hold transaction payments, guarantee a listing or act as an escrow service.

Use Report on a listing to raise a concern. Sellers can respond to moderation notes through a corrected resubmission. Missing areas are reviewed before addition.
